WHAT WE'RE READING

  • Vince Flynn: Executive Power
Mitch Rapp, CIA counter terrorism agent and master assasin helps to foil a plot being run by a corrupt prince in the Middle East who wants to escalate tensions between Israel and Palestine and start another world war. (****)
  • Richard Branson: Screw Business As Usual

Richard Branson: Screw Business As Usual
Sir Richard recently spoke at Colgate and I got a copy of his new book for working the event. The basic gist is that businesses need to start doing good to change the world. They need to reinvent the way they operate and also reinvent the way they view philanthropy. (**)

  • David Baldacci: Zero Day

    David Baldacci: Zero Day
Baldacci introduces the new leading character, John Puller (combat veteran and military investigator), who with the help of his brother, who is incarcerated for treason, helps to foil a plot of a nuclear attack in West Virginia. (****)

  • Walter Isaacson: Steve Jobs

    Walter Isaacson: Steve Jobs
I really enjoyed learning more about Jobs. The creation of Apple and his early innovations and insatiable drive were equally as impressive as all that we know he accomplished with iPhone, iPad, Pixar etc. (****)
